That was about as dirty as it gets. Kovy should have gotten at least 5 games.
my thought is he was only given 1 game because
1) that one game will be against the Rangers tonight and the league does not want a backlash.
2) would a multi-game suspension mean he would not be able to participate in the All Star festivities this weekend?
