Stefan Legein to Return to Columbus

Aaron Portzline has the scoop over at the Columbus Dispatch:

"Stefan Legein, the Blue Jackets prospect who mysteriously quit playing hockey this past summer, is ready to play again.

Blue Jackets general manager Scott Howson and Legein’s agent, Doug Woods, confirmed to The Dispatch that Legein intends to join the club in Columbus within the next few weeks.

“I don’t think anything has changed with Stefan other than he wants to play again,” Woods said. “He misses the game.”

Just a case of a young kid making a decision he later regretted. Hopefully once he's back on the ice, his passion for the game is still there and he realizes his initial decision was made in haste.

I think he was overwhelmed by the prospect of playing on such a huge stage. Just conjecture, but it makes sense to me!
